Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh harga dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Orchid Restaurant Medan melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis konten dari berbagai sumber literatur relevan termasuk jurnal akademik, buku teks, dan publikasi industri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan antara strategi harga dan kualitas layanan dengan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Faktor-faktor seperti kesesuaian harga, transparansi, responsivitas layanan, dan standarisasi kualitas memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk pengalaman pelanggan yang positif.
