Abstract

Keberagaman dan inklusi di tempat kerja penting untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adil dan inovatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana kebijakan keberagaman dan inklusi mempengaruhi inovasi dan kreativitas tim kerja di perusahaan startup, yang dilakukan melalui tinjauan sistematis literatur dari database bereputasi seperti Scopus, Web of Science, dan Google Scholar. Proses pengumpulan artikel menggunakan kata kunci terkait keberagaman, inklusi, dan inovasi di perusahaan startup, serta mengikuti metode PRISMA untuk penyaringan artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman, bila dikelola dengan baik melalui praktik inklusif dan lingkungan tim yang kondusif, dapat meningkatkan inovasi dan kreativitas secara signifikan. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kebijakan inklusif dan kepemimpinan yang mendukung dalam mengelola keberagaman untuk mencapai hasil yang optimal di perusahaan startup
