Perbandingan Adopsi Alat Digital Personal Finance Di Negara Maju Vs. Negara Berkembang: Tinjauan Studi Literatur

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan tingkat adopsi alat digital personal finance di negara maju dan negara berkembang dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi literatur komparatif. Data diperoleh dari 13 artikel ilmiah yang terindeks Scopus, yang relevan dengan topik adopsi teknologi keuangan pribadi. Analisis dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi faktor pendorong, hambatan, dan pola penggunaan alat digital personal finance pada kedua kelompok negara. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa di negara maju, adopsi lebih didorong oleh inovasi fitur, kemudahan integrasi dengan layanan keuangan lain, dan tingkat literasi digital yang tinggi. Sebaliknya, di negara berkembang, faktor pendorong utama adalah inklusi keuangan, keterjangkauan, dan perluasan akses internet, meskipun masih dihambat oleh keterbatasan infrastruktur dan literasi keuangan. Studi ini memberikan wawasan mengenai kesenjangan adopsi teknologi keuangan antar negara, serta menawarkan implikasi kebijakan untuk mendorong penggunaan yang lebih merata secara global.
