Abstract

Studi mengenai orientasi kewirausahaan pada stratejik manajemen adalah studi yang terus mendapatkan sorotan. Pada lingkungan yang turbulen, orientasi kewirausahaan menjadi strategi yang mampu meningkatkan kinerja bisnis. Akan tetapi terdapat kontra terkait hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis secara langsung sehingga studi mengenai kapabilitas menjadi studi yang menarik. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah menguraikan kapabilitas yang dimiliki oleh individu dalam bisnis sebagai faktor krusial dalam mendorong orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja bisnis. Adapun kapabilitas yang peneliti yakini akan mampu meningkatkan kinerja bisnis adalah kapabilitas pemasaran, dan kapabilitas adaptif. Mengetahui faktor yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja bisnis bermanfaat bagi pebisnis maupun perusahaan untuk membangun strategi demi mempertahankan kinerja bisnis di lingkungan yang tidak pasti. Penelitian ini akan membantu dalam mengembangkan studi terkait orientasi kewirausahaan, kapabilitas pemasaran, dan kapabilitas adaptif.
