Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi DNA forensik sebagai alat bukti ilmiah dalam kasus tindak pidana pemerkosaan dan pembunuhan semakin penting dalam mendukung sistem peradilan pidana di Indonesia. Teknologi ini memberikan bukti yang kuat dan objektif, yang memungkinkan pembuktian yang lebih akurat dalam proses peradilan. Namun, penerapannya di Indonesia masih menghadapi tantangan, seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, biaya yang tinggi, dan kurangnya regulasi yang jelas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerapan dan tantangan penggunaan teknologi DNA forensik di Indonesia, serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatannya
