Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Job Stress Terhadap Turnover Intention Dengan Variabel Intervening Job Satisfaction Pada Karyawan Bagian Produksi CV Inko Platinum” yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel job stress terhadap job satisfaction, dan turnover intention. Kemudian menganalisis pengaruh job satisfaction terhadap turnover intention. Dan untuk menganalisis pengaruh variabel job stress terhadap turnover intention melalui variabel job satisfaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan alat ukur menggunakan SmartPLS versi 4. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan data primer maupun data sekunder dan untuk teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, R-Square dan Bootstrapping. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil uji variabel job stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Job stress berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Serta hasil uji variabel job stress terhadap turnover intention melalui variabel job satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan.
