Konstruksi Makna Pengalaman Matrimonial Suami dengan Pasangan Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD): Studi Fenomenologi Eksistensial

Gangguan Kepribadian Narsistik (NPD) pada istri menciptakan dinamika relasi marital yang destruktif. Namun, perspektif suami sebagai korban masih terabaikan dalam literatur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengonstruksi makna pengalaman matrimonial suami yang hidup dengan pasangan NPD. Penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi fenomenologi eksistensial ini melibatkan tujuh suami sebagai partisipan yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dan dianalisis menggunakan model Colaizzi. Temuan mengungkap empat tema utama yang merepresentasikan konstruksi makna pengalaman suami: (1) Hipervigilansi dan Kehidupan dalam Ketegangan Konstan; (2) Erosi Identitas dan Harga Diri; (3) Relasi Eksploitatif dan Objektivikasi; serta (4) Strategi Koping dan Survival dalam Tekanan. Dinamika ini secara sistemik mengikis kualitas pernikahan, menciptakan "penjara psikologis" yang melelahkan, serta memicu proses pencarian makna eksistensial. Suami korban NPD bukanlah pihak yang pasif, melainkan agen aktif yang berusaha menemukan makna dan mempertahankan agency di tengah penderitaan. Penelitian ini menekankan urgensi intervensi yang sensitif gender dan memvalidasi pengalaman unik korban laki-laki, yang sering disembunyikan akibat norma maskulinitas
