Etika Jurnalisme Politik di Media Online: Analisis Framing dan Prinsip Dakwah Komunikasi dalam Pemberitaan Pemilu di Indonesia

Abstract

Penelitian ini menginvestigasi dimensi etika jurnalisme politik pada media daring di Indonesia, dengan fokus khusus pada pemberitaan pemilihan umum. Studi ini menyoroti percepatan sirkulasi informasi politik di ruang digital yang meningkatkan risiko polarisasi dan distorsi wacana publik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kecenderungan pembingkaian (framing) dan penerapan prinsip keberimbangan (multisumber, klarifikasi, proporsionalitas) dalam berita pemilu. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini mengintegrasikan kerangka etika Dakwah dan Komunikasi, menggunakan prinsip-prinsip seperti tabayyun (klarifikasi), amanah (kepercayaan informasi), qaulan sadidan (komunikasi yang jujur), dan maslahah (manfaat sosial) untuk mengevaluasi kontribusi media terhadap ruang publik yang sehat. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi kualitatif, metodologi penelitian melibatkan pengodean tematik terhadap elemen-elemen artikel berita seperti judul (headline), teras berita (lead), dan kutipan sumber. Temuan penelitian diharapkan dapat memetakan bingkai dominan (konflik elit, kebijakan publik, moral/identitas, prosedural-hukum) serta menilai kualitas keberimbangan dalam isu-isu kontroversial. Simpulan penelitian menekankan perlunya standar etika operasional untuk memastikan jurnalisme politik berfungsi sebagai komunikasi publik yang mencerahkan, informatif, rasional, dan adil, guna meminimalkan retorika yang memecah belah. Implikasi penelitian menyarankan penguatan verifikasi, proporsionalitas sumber, transparansi konteks, dan akuntabilitas linguistik untuk menjaga ruang publik yang demokratis.
