Pengaruh Akupresur dan Aromatherapy Lavender terhadap Kekuatan Otot pada Pasien Stroke Iskemik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa Tahun 2025

Stroke iskemik merupakan salah satu penyebab utama gangguan fungsi motorik yang ditandai dengan penurunan kekuatan otot, sehingga berdampak pada keterbatasan aktivitas dan kualitas hidup pasien. Selain terapi konvensional, diperlukan terapi komplementer seperti akupresur yang dikombinasikan dengan aromaterapi lavender untuk meningkatkan fungsi neuromuskular. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh akupresur dan aromaterapi lavender terhadap kekuatan otot pada pasien stroke iskemik di Puskesmas Kecamatan Jagakarsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi experiment one group pretest–posttest design. Sebanyak 17 pasien stroke iskemik yang dipilih menggunakan teknik probability sampling sesuai kriteria inklusi. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat. Rata-rata usia responden 57 tahun dengan mayoritas perempuan. Setelah intervensi, kekuatan otot meningkat pada kedua jenis kelamin. Pada responden perempuan, uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan peningkatan kekuatan otot dari 19,8 ± 2,54 kg menjadi 33,4 ± 5,96 kg dengan nilai p = 0,009 dan effect size −1,00). Pada responden laki-laki, uji Paired Samples t-test menunjukkan peningkatan dari 30,9 ± 3,76 kg menjadi 47,4 ± 5,83 kg dengan nilai p < 0,001; dan effect size −3,31 yang menunjukkan bahwa akupresur dan aromaterapi lavender berpengaruh signifikan dan sangat kuat terhadap peningkatan kekuatan otot pasien stroke iskemik.
