PERAN OVO DALAM MENDUKUNG GREENBANKING MELALUI PENGGUNAAN EMISI CARBON DARI TRANSAKSI NON TUNAI

Penelitian ini menganalisis peran platform dompet digital OVO dalam mendukung praktik green banking melalui pengurangan emisi karbon dari transaksi non-tunai. Menggunakan pendekatan mixed-methods, data kuantitatif dihitung berdasarkan model jejak karbon IPCC (Zhou et al., 2020), sementara data kualitatif diperoleh dari wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan OVO dan kuesioner 500pengguna di Jabodetabek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi non-tunai OVO berkontribusi mengurangi 4,2 ton CO₂ per bulan melalui eliminasi produksi uang fisik, distribusi logistik, dan konsumsi energi ATM. Namun, kesadaran lingkungan pengguna masih rendah (65% tidak memahami dampak transaksi digital), dan kesenjanganinfrastruktur digital di pedesaan menghambat adopsi layanan(Arner et al., 2020; Suhartono, 2021). Studi komparatif mengungkapkan bahwa insentif kebijakan, seperti tax rebate di Singapura, meningkatkan efektivitas platform digital hingga 40% (Ng et al., 2021). Rekomendasi strategis meliputiintegrasi blockchain untuk transparansi jejak karbon (Wang &Kim, 2023), kolaborasi pemerintah-swasta dalam penyediaan insentif, dan ekspansi layanan ke UMKM pedesaan. Temuanini menegaskan bahwa sinergi antara fintech, kebijakan hijau, dan partisipasi masyarakat merupakan kunci pencapaian target *net-zero emission* Indonesia 2060. Penelitian memberikan kontribusi teoretis pada literatur *green banking* dengan perspektif lokal serta implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan kebijakan inklusif dan berkelanjutan.
