HY Framework: Rekonseptualisasi Model Bisnis Startup Pendidikan untuk Transformasi Berkelanjutan

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendisrupsi sektor pendidikan, menuntut model bisnis startup yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan HY Framework untuk merekonseptualisasi model bisnis startup pendidikan melalui integrasi prinsip keberlanjutan, hybrid learning, dan kolaborasi ekosistem. Metode kualitatif eksploratif dengan desain multi-kasus diterapkan pada 5 startup pendidikan di Asia dan Eropa. Analisis tematik, Business Model Canvas, studi komparatif, dan Sustainable Value Mapping mengungkap bahwa tantangan utama meliputi ketergantungan pendanaan eksternal, fragmentasi regulasi, dan kesenjangan pengukuran dampak. HY Framework menawarkan solusi melalui tiga pilar: (1) rasio hybrid learning dinamis, (2) monetisasi berbasis dampak (outcome-based pricing), dan (3) tata kelola keberlanjutan terukur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan aksesibilitas pendidikan di daerah 3T sebesar 35% dan pengurangan jejak karbon operasional hingga 25%. Kesimpulannya, HY Framework tidak hanya meningkatkan ketahanan finansial startup, tetapi juga menjadi katalisator transformasi sistem pendidikan yang inklusif dan regeneratif.
